In summary, this blog provides a simple overview of the foods we eat daily and where we source them from. We used to eat all kinds of foods, including processed ones, without thinking much about their impact on our health. However, since switching to a cleaner more nutrient-dense, animal based diet, we've noticed a significant difference in how we feel. Not only do we have more energy and a clearer mindset, but our bodies also feel better overall- stronger, lighter and more in tune with what our body needs. It has showed us how much food truly influences our well-being and physical health.
